Refund Policy

1. Principle

Charges are applied only at the time of top-up. Spending credits to generate content does not constitute a separate charge. Refunds, when granted, reverse the unused portion of a top-up, and the corresponding credits are deducted from your wallet.

2. Refundable

Unconsumed credits from a recent top-up may be refundable upon request, provided the request is made within the refund window stated at the time of purchase and as required by applicable consumer-protection law. The refundable amount will never exceed the credits that remain unused.

3. Non-Refundable

Credits that have already been consumed to generate content, which constitutes digital goods delivered, and credits that have expired are not refundable. Master-video compositing and signed-URL playback are included in the Service and are not separately charged; they do not constitute grounds for a refund.

4. Failed Generations

If a generation attempt fails, the credits used for that action are automatically returned to your wallet. You are never charged for a failed generation.

5. How to Request

Refund requests must be submitted to our support team using your account email and order reference. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method by the payment provider, and the timing of the payout will follow the provider’s schedule.
